Vertical gardening has never been easier, with VertiGarden - an ingenious new modular growing system launched by KinderGarden Plants (Hall 3/3a, Stand T6) - hailed as “probably Glee’s most innovative product” after a triple success in the new Glee Awards.

GTNXtra subscribers got first news of this brilliant new product when we spotted it in use at the Ball Colegrave Open Days in August, and retailers Caroline Owen, from Scotsdales, and Castle Gardens' Mike Burks were among the judges who hailed it as “probably Glee’s most innovative product”.

Each VertiGarden pane takes 16 plants, has built-in irrigation which can be connected to a drip-irrigation system, and can be connected up to create walls of colour.

VertiGarden scooped the Glee Green Award, Landscape Product Award and was then named Top Overall Product. It was praised by the judges as a novel way to brighten up dull walls and fences. They also applauded its excellent water use and management and suitability for gardeners with limited space and time.

VertiGarden's Ian Wolfenden told GTNOnline why every retailer should be stocking his products.
